Available Positions

Langley – Walnut Grove

The Principal will ensure that the school operates harmoniously and that the CEFA educational program, policies, procedures and classroom operational polices are carried out. The Principal oversees the hiring of staff and everything that relates directly to staff members (i.e. general staff meetings, reviews, contracts, holidays etc.).

The Principal can help Teachers in many ways, by giving Teachers guidance and ideas with respect to the curriculum they are planning on presenting. The Principal can help Teachers resolve sensitive situations with families or other staff members, and can help Teachers design their classroom and help Teachers keep the focus on the CEFA method of teaching.

The Principal also coordinates and oversees admissions to our school, including but not limited to, inquiries, tours and registration of all students and families.

This position is open to all applicants that are willing to become CEFA certified, have experience in a preschool or child-care setting and have strong computer skills (MS Office). Management experience is an asset. CEFA Training will be provided and a valid Early Childhood Education license is highly recommended.

The Vice-Principal supports the Principal in helping the Teachers implement the CEFA educational program in the classroom and furthering the development of the CEFA curriculum, as well as inspiring Teachers to grow and be the best educators they can be! The Vice-Principal’s primary responsibilities are putting CEFA curricular policies into practice in an atmosphere that inspires children and adults to reach their full potential.

This position is open to all applicants that are willing to become CEFA certified, have experience in a preschool or child-care setting and have strong computer skills (MS Office). Management experience is an asset. CEFA Training will be provided and a valid Early Childhood Education license is highly recommended.

The Education Coordinator will fulfill the duties within the Administrator’s role, yet has a valid ECE license and qualifies to support the Principal and Teachers within the classroom and as needed in the school.

This position is open to all applicants that have a valid Early Childhood Education license, are willing to become CEFA Certified and have previous experience in a preschool and child-care setting. Management experience is an asset. CEFA Training will be provided.

The Administrator is often the first contact a person has with the school and will represent the school well by being knowledgeable of the CEFA Philosophy. The Administrator coordinates all administrative duties including, but not limited to: handling of student documents, parent requests, record keeping, updating school documents as needed, updating student files and other files, ordering of general supplies, distribution of general parent correspondence, and so on.

The Administrator also coordinates and oversees admissions to our school, including but not limited to, inquiries, tours and registration of all students and families.  The Administrator coordinates the entry of new students as well as their individual schedule, and upkeeps the student layout.  The Administrator acts as a liaison between volunteer parents and the Principal during the preparation for a school event or at any other times.

This position is open to all applicants that have strong computer skills (MS Office). Previous administrative experience is an asset.

Full Time Permanent Positions Available for IT/ECE Licensed Teachers at CoquitlamLangley – Walnut Grove, Langley – Willowbrook,  New WestminsterRichmond SouthSouth Surrey – Morgan Crossing, South Surrey – PanoramaSurrey – Fleetwood, and Surrey – Guildford. We have a special need for an IT specialized teacher in Kelowna. CEFA Certification is an asset for all positions.

You will be chosen as a CEFA Teacher mostly because of who you are as a person. It takes someone very special to work with our particular philosophy, someone who is looking to grow and develop as a Teacher, and to feel inspired and motivated by other excellent Teachers.

Positions available at: Kelowna

The Chef is in charge of preparing the children’s meals, from morning snack to lunch to afternoon snacks!  He/she can help Teachers prepare picnics when a class goes on a field trip or decides to go out on a nice day!

This is a part-time position open to all applicants that have their food safe certification. Experience cooking for large groups and/or children is an asset. Vehicle or access to a vehicle is a plus.
