The CEFA Vancouver Kitsilano school is brand new and state of the art. The school offers education and junior kindergarten programs far beyond the typical preschool and daycare programs found throughout Canada.
Our CEFA Vancouver Kitsilano private school spans 11,000 square feet on the fifth floor of our building overlooking the beautiful mountains and picturesque ocean view of English Bay.
Featuring 5 bright and modernized classrooms our school will have a capacity for 86 students between the ages of one and five years. Furnished with organic and natural finishing each classroom will be equipped with an adjoining gross motor room and nap room where your child will practice relaxation in our fine arts yoga program and re-cooperate from their schedule of daily activities with a mindfulness nap.
Students will explore and learn from our outdoor and nature program which will be held in the outdoor playgrounds of our school. These play areas will be segmented into two age groups suitable for infants / toddlers and preschool aged children. This magnificent large outdoor playground will be fully fenced with glass paneling to ensure the safety of our students without obstructing their view to the world around them.
CEFA Vancouver – Kitsilano will educate your child to the best of their ability through our award winning curriculum. Our programs CEFA Innovators, Masterminds, Creators and Change Makers will educate children as individuals academically, socially and physically. To support this curriculum each of our teachers will have their Early Childhood Education licences and will achieve their specialized CEFA Teacher Training.
CEFA Vancouver – Kitsilano Program Schedules and Openings!
A note about scheduling at CEFA schools: We always want to welcome you even when you may not be scheduled. Occasionally parents may request to bring their child on a day outside of that child’s schedule. If there is space available in the classroom, the family would be invoiced a drop-in fee for that day. Please note that CEFA can only offer drop-in days to currently registered students. We do not switch scheduled days. Please contact the school for the drop-in fee.
We welcome applications from new families at any tie, although we recommend registering at birth for any of our unique CEFA programs.

School Closures
School Closures In case of inclement weather conditions or power outages which prevent CEFA Early Learning from providing service to families, the school’s Franchise Partner will make an early morning decision to close the school based on our School District.
Snow closures – in heavy snowfall, our priority is the safety of our families and staff. We expect to be open every day throughout the winter. However, if the public schools in your School District have decided not to open schools because the roads are deemed too unsafe for travel CEFA will also be closed.
